The Space

Studio by Taylored is a natural-light content studio in St. Louis built for brands, creators, photographers, and anyone who has spent too long trying to make a random location work. This is not a blank room with a white wall. It is a fully outfitted creative space designed to give you options, real ones, so you can walk in, shoot, and walk out with content that actually looks like you meant it.

The Light

South and west-facing windows mean the light is consistent, flattering, and free. No strobes required, no "let's try a different corner." The kind of light that makes everything look better without trying.

The Walls

Rolling walls, multiple textures, and seamless paper in rotating colors. You can get completely different looks without leaving the building. One session, multiple setups. It's kind of the whole point.

The Cyclorama Wall

A seamless curved cyc wall that eliminates corners and creates that clean, editorial finish that makes people ask where it was shot.

The Details

Props. Furniture. Styled areas. A vanity and changing space so your clients aren't getting ready in a bathroom stall. A coffee bar stocked with snacks and drinks. The little extras like hairspray, safety pins, and deodorant, because mid-shoot scrambles are not the vibe.

Where is Studio by Taylored located?

Studio by Taylored is located at 3326 Watson Road, St. Louis, MO 63139. We have a private parking lot available for studio guests.

How much does it cost to rent Studio by Taylored?

Studio rentals are $125 per hour on weekdays and $150 per hour on weekends. Standard rentals include up to 8 guests. Groups larger than 8 are subject to an additional guest fee.

What is included in my studio rental?

Your rental includes access to our furniture, props, rolling walls, seamless paper backdrops, cyclorama wall, vanity and changing area, coffee bar, and other studio amenities.

What direction do the studio windows face?

Studio by Taylored has both south-facing and west-facing windows, giving the studio plenty of natural light throughout the day.

Can I bring my own photographer to Studio by Taylored?

Absolutely. Studio by Taylored is a rental studio, so photographers are welcome to book the space for their own clients and sessions.

Does the Taylored team offer photography or content creation at the studio?

What types of shoots can I use Studio by Taylored for?

The studio can be used for branding sessions, product photography, family and newborn sessions, headshots, editorial shoots, social media content, video content, mini sessions, and more.

Can I film Reels, TikToks, or video content in the studio?

Yes. The studio is designed for both photography and video content, making it a great option for content days, Reels, TikToks, interviews, product videos, and other social media content.

Is Studio by Taylored a private studio rental?

Yes. When you book the studio, the space is reserved for you and your group during your rental time.

Can I bring my own props, backdrops, or equipment?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own photography equipment, lighting, props, or other items you need for your shoot in addition to what we provide in the studio.

What backdrops are available at Studio by Taylored?

The studio includes a cyclorama wall, movable rolling walls, seamless paper, and a variety of furniture and props, giving you multiple options for creating different looks during the same session.

Can I move the furniture and props?

Yes. Furniture and props can be moved to create the setup you need. Everything must be returned to its original location before you leave. Please do not drag furniture across the floors, and larger studio pieces should only be moved according to our studio policies.

Does my booking time include setup and cleanup?

Yes, but we give you a little breathing room. Renters have a 15-minute buffer before their scheduled booking for setup and a 15-minute buffer afterward for cleanup and resetting the studio.

Your actual shoot must still take place within your reserved booking time.

Is Studio by Taylored wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Studio by Taylored is wheelchair accessible.

Are pets allowed in Studio by Taylored?

Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Please email us before your booking if you plan to bring an animal into the studio.

Is there a place to change outfits and get ready?

Yes. The studio has a vanity and changing area available for getting ready and changing looks throughout your session.

Do you offer studio memberships?

Yes! Studio by Taylored offers 3 monthly membership options depending on how often you need the space:

All Access: $400/month
Includes 8 hours of studio access per month, plus 25% off additional rentals, no weekend upcharge, and extended booking hours.

The Edit: $250/month
Includes 4 hours of studio access per month, plus 25% off additional rentals, no weekend upcharge, and extended booking hours.

Solo Creator: $125/month
Includes 2 hours of studio access per month and is designed specifically for individual content creators, UGC creators, and influencers using the studio to create their own content.

Can I rent Studio by Taylored for an event?

Yes. The studio can be rented for select events, workshops, pop-ups, classes, networking events, and other gatherings. Event pricing and policies are separate from our standard photo and content studio rental rates, so please contact us with your event details for a custom quote.

How do I access the studio for my booking?

Studio access instructions and your door code will be sent to you before your scheduled rental.

Do I need to clean the studio before I leave?

Yes. We ask that you leave the studio exactly as you found it. Furniture and props should be returned to their designated locations, trash should be disposed of, and the space should be reset for the next guest. Cleaning or resetting fees may be charged when the studio is not left according to our policies.

How far in advance should I book the studio?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially if you need a specific date or time. Availability is first come, first served, and popular dates and times can fill quickly.
